On April 20, Secretary-General of the CPC Ningxia Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Ningxia People’s Congress Li Jianhua met with Executive Chairman of Zhejiang General Trade Association and President of China Yintai Investment Limited (Yintai Group) Shen Guojun. The 2016 Press Conference for "Corporate Sustainability Index System" Research Project of GSM-Yintai Philanthropy Management Research Center was held as scheduled. On January 10, Yintai Group's president Shen Guojun launched privatization of Intime Retail Group in a joint effort with Alibaba Group. Intime Retail (01833.HK) announced earlier on January 10 that Alibaba Investment Limited ("Alibaba"), a wholly-owned subsidiary to Alibaba Group Holding Limited, jointly with Intime International Holdings Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Intime Retail Group's founder Shen Guojun (collectively, joint offeror), had advised the Intime Retail board of directors to submit to its shareholders a proposal for privatizing Intime Retail through agreements.
