From December 14 to 16, 2023, Yintai Group successfully conducted “Juli Phase I” management cadre training. “Juli” is an important project of the Group's talent training system, aiming to continuously meet the companies’ business development needs for talents through systematic training, and through the rich cases and results output during the process, it accumulates excellent organizational assets for the companies and promotes the concentration and improvement of cadres.

The training was mainly carried out through case teaching, sandbox simulation, and project exchange. The 27 Phase I students were divided into 6 teams and staged a simulated Sino-US business war. Through modern equipment, they experienced real-time decision-making in business which requires extreme caution. They felt the instantaneous impact of market policies, and participated in the ups and downs of competition and cooperation.

All the inhouse lecturers made use of case analysis and organized experience extraction through the recreation of classic scenarios to promote internal inheritance and precipitation within the enterprise. The participants visited local projects and cross-sector, cross-region, and cross-industry exchanges and co-creation were promoted through overall project sharing and Q&A.
