On November 20, 2023, Yintai Foundation Group under Yintai Group entered into an equity cooperation agreement with Hangzhou Shangcheng District Cultural and Commercial Tourism Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. to be responsible for the development and construction of the Quanyeli plot in Hubin Business District, Hangzhou.

Located on Hangzhou Hubin Pedestrian Street, which is among the first batch of national model pedestrian streets, Hangzhou Hubin Yintai in77 is the only multi-functional urban complex in Hubin, West Lake. All five blocks of in77 were opened in 2018. The complex has a commercial area of nearly 230,000 square meters, integrating the five themed blocks of famous international brands, dimensional utopia, fashion bellwether, exquisite living, and uninhibited nightlife. It is a model of block-style shopping malls in the country, with an annual footfall of nearly 100 million.

The Quanyeli land development project is Phase VI of Hangzhou Hubin Yintai in77. It is located in the core area of Hubin Pedestrian Street, close to West Lake, the in77B area, and Longxiangqiao subway station. The positioning of the project is “l(fā)uxury, national fashion, social interactions, and art,” and the goal is to offer a young and diverse lifestyle and a high-quality urban space for social interactions.

Upon completion, the project will fill the commercial gap on the west side of the northern section of Hubin Pedestrian Street and further enhance the vitality and influence of the Hubin business district. It will become a new landmark that leads international fashion trends and culture, as well as business innovation, and support the establishment of Hangzhou as a central consumer city in the world.
