Yintai Group entered into a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement with the Beijing branch of Industrial Bank on April 13, 2023. The Beijing branch of Industrial Bank will provide RMB20 billion (or foreign currency equivalent) worth of comprehensive credit and financing services to Yintai Group to support its development in the fields of self-owned commercial property asset management, commercial complex development and construction, commercial operations and management, as well as investment and financial operations.

As a mainstream Chinese commercial banking group, Industrial Bank has established partnerships with many Yintai Group enterprises. In the future, Yintai Group will leverage its own medium- to long-term development strategy, and on the basis of consolidating the business segments that have existing business cooperation with Industrial Bank, strive to build a new model for finance serving the real economy and helping integrated bank-enterprise development by focusing on green finance, investment banking, payment and settlement, cash management, wealth management, international business and finance leasing.
