On August 19, Yintai Commercial Group’s Beijing Shangde Yintai City made an official announcement. Located in Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area in Daxing, Shangde Yintai City, has GFA of 155,000m2, featuring 76,000m2 of office space, 56,000m2 of commercial space, and a 23,000m2 immersive garden plaza. It is scheduled to open in May 2025.
